Returns Policy

Any products not required for any reason can be returned to Dookkii Ltd. for a credit or refund subject to the following conditions:

• Goods are received by us in their original packaging & in a condition that allows us to add them back into our stock.
• Goods are received by us within 14 days from the date of invoice.
• There is 20% re-stocking fee for any goods returned to Dookkii Ltd

Returns complying with the above conditions will be credited or refunded in full. No re-stocking charge will be made. Please ensure any items returned are properly packed to avoid any damage in transit. Please also include a covering note containing the following information:

• Company name
• Main contact name
• Daytime telephone number
• Email address
• Invoice number
• Reason for the return i.e. not suitable, not as expected etc.

If for any reason your returned goods do not comply with the above a member of the dookkii team will contact you.

Damages and shortages:

Any damages or shortages must be advised in writing within 7 days of the date of invoice. After this time claims cannot be considered.
